Merry Christmas!
It was so much fun to be home for Christmas this year! I've got TONS of pictures of Grant with everyone. I won't bore you with all of them, but here are some of my favorites.
Grant's first Christmas was a lot of fun. From meeting family and opening presents to playing with new toys and getting passed around from person to person to person. Grandpa Sommers got some face time when he took a turn feeding Grant his dinner (I include this because he made such funny faces - Grandpa, not Grant - I couldn't stop laughing).
He had a big week, I think we went to 5 different parties, and Grant even had his first starring role as Baby Jesus in the Nativity on Christmas Eve. He played air hockey and dress up with his Van Orden cousins.
He met Santa Claus at the Johnson Family Party and got to fish for presents at the Sommers Family party. He visited Great Grandpa Bybee's place, and met his other boy cousins for the first time. We were sad to go home, but happy to be back to a sense of normalcy and a regular schedule again. We opened our own presents to each other at home on the 29th. Grant loved the stacking rings at Grandma Love's house so much, he asked for some of his own for Christmas.
