Grant's Lost His First Tooth!

YAY! Grant FINALLY lost his very first baby tooth tonight. He was pretty excited! I bought him some material he picked out (sharks) for a tooth pillow and then ho-hummed around about making it. Then we saw that his permanent teeth had started coming in behind his baby teeth and I thought I'd better get it done! So I did and since then we've just been waiting around for his tooth to fall out (about 2 weeks now).
I should have had him swallow before I took this picture. Sorry for the juicy-ness of his mouth. Kind of makes me feel the need to swallow when I look at it closely. You can see his permanent teeth already in behind the front ones. This kid is definitely going to need some braces!! The permanent teeth are like three times the size of the baby ones! What's that about?
