My 1st Easter
This past weekend we celebrated Easter with Grant for the first time. He got his own Easter basket filled with things from the Easter bunny.
He also got a book about feeling the farm animals and a bottle of bubbles. We blew bubbles with Grant and he really thought they were neat. We went outside a couple of nights last week in the early evening and blew bubbles and watched them float away. We can get him to wave bye-bye to the bubbles as they go out of sight or pop.
Unfortunately, the Easter bunny gave all the candy to mummy and daddy and Grant's egg just had Cheerios in it. But he didn't mind. Daddy gave him a little bit of his candy. He got a teething biscuit also so maybe he'll finally get those upper teeth to come through.
His new Easter outfit was a sweater and some khakis with a belt!! Maybe his pants will stay up - maybe.
Here he is looking all dressed up for church on Easter. He looks like such a big boy in these clothes.
Grant hopes everyone had a happy Easter!!
