Pool Party

Grant went swimming in his own little pool for the first time on the 4th of July. He was a little hesitant to let go of Grandma's and mom's hands, but once he was able to walk around a little and discovered his toys and the fun of splashing, he was having a blast. He loved picking up his floating rings and putting them outside the pool. Then one of us would throw them back in the pool for him. What a fun game!! Grant narrated everything about what he was doing and babbled to us as he played with his toys.Grant loves the water!
You can just see the wheels turning in his head, hmmm.....I wonder where I should throw this!!
Of course he didn't want it to end, but he started to get chilly and shiver. He was happy to get out and wrap up in a warm towel.
