It May Be Time for My 1st Haircut

I realized last night that Jacob's hair is getting long! He's never had a haircut and he's almost 2. Grant had his first at 18 months, but Jacob's was just starting to grow at that age. His hair's so blond that you couldn't really tell how long it was, unless it was wet.

I took a couple of pictures after I fluffed it all out so I could get a good picture that showed how curly it is and how fluffy. It reminds me of a little duckling.

Once it started getting hot this summer, his hair really took off and started growing (maybe it's the humidity) but I didn't want to cut it because I worried about his little head getting sunburned since he's so blond. But I think I better finally get the scissors warmed up and get him looking like a little boy instead of a curly mophead like his mom!
