Swim Fins Anyone?

The end of July brought with it the usual Kansas heat wave. For 2 weeks we had temperatures on the 100s with heat indexes of 108+. It was HOT! So the boys and I made the most of it and busted out the pool and sprinklers.

Grant loved running through the sprinkler and taught Jacob how to splash most of the water out of the pool when they were in it. They had lots of fun though. Here are a couple of shots that I played around with my photo editing software on. I love this one of Jacob.But I think this one is my favorite!
